This notice and legal information (hereinafter, ‘Legal Notice' regulates the use of the www.rdbsearch.com, web service, property of ROSÓN DE BEAS, GLOBAL SEARCH, S.L. as well as the services offered by its two commercial brands, Rosón de Beas Global Search y M&Search Middle Management, with registered offices in C/ Claudio Coello nº 5, 4º D; 28001 Madrid, CIF B-83161547 and registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Volume 17172, Book 0, Sheet 57, Page M-294170, First Inscription.

1. The use of the web site www.rdbsearch.com, and the services ROSÓN DE BEAS offers in it are, unless otherwise stated, in principle free of charge, without prejudice that this circumstance may change as per Clause Nine of this General Conditions or the General Conditions of Use that specifically regulate any of the included services offered by ROSÓN DE BEAS.
2. The use of the ROSÓN DE BEAS by the User implies the complete acceptance, without reservations, of the present General Conditions.
3. ROSON DE BEAS The User undertakes not to use the web or the services ROSÓN DE BEAS offers in it to perform illegal, unethical, activities, activities against public order, and in general undertakes to use the web site in accordance with the present General Conditions. The User also undertakes to abstain from using the services to carry out promotional or commercial activities, send messages using a false identity or hide in any way the origin of the message.
4. ROSÓN DE BEAS is exclusively responsible for the web site insofar as it provides information services about its own services, and is not responsible for the contents Users may send or publish that contravene the present General Conditions, the User being the only person responsible for their veracity and legality.
5. The User undertakes to respect the restrictions of use of the www.rdbsearch.com web and the services offered by ROSÓN DE BEAS at all times.
6. ROSÓN DE BEAS will not be responsible for any failure in communications, including the erasing, incomplete transmission or transmission delays, nor will it be responsible for keeping the transmission network operational at all times. Similarly, will not be responsible should a third party, in breach of the established security measures, accesses messages or uses them to send computer viruses
   
   ROSÓN DE BEAS has adopted all the legally required security measures to protect personal data provided by the User. Nevertheless, it can not guarantee the total invulnerability of its security systems nor guarantee the security or inviolability of said data when transmitted via the internet.
   
   ROSÓN DE BEAS does not guarantee the legality, reliability and usefulness of the contents the Users transmit using the www.rdbsearch.com web or its services, or their truthfulness or accuracy. ROSÓN DE BEAS does not control how Users access the www.rdbsearch.com web, nor guarantees that they comply with the present General Conditions.
   
   ROSÓN DE BEAS neither controls nor guarantees the absence of computer viruses in the services provided by third parties using the www.rdbsearch.com web which may cause alterations in the User’s information technology system (software and hardware) or in the electronic documents and files stored in the User’s information technology system. The linking devices that the web places at the disposal of the Users have the sole objective of helping Users to search for the information available in Internet.
7. ROSÓN DE BEAS can stop the User from using the www.rdbsearch.com web service and immediately end the relationship with the User should it detect that the use of the web or any of the services it offers contravenes what has been established in the present General Conditions.
8. ROSÓN DE BEAS reserves the right to stop providing any of the services offered, placing a warning on the service access screen FIFTEEN (15) days in advance. It also reserves the right of unilaterally modifying, at any time and without any prior warning, the presentation and conditions of the www.rdbsearch.com web, as well as the services offered and the conditions required for its use.
9. ROSÓN DE BEAS will be entitled at any time to modify the present General Conditions or introduce new conditions for the use of the web and/or the services offered in the web, including it being free of charge. Said modifications will only be applicable from the time they are implemented.
10. The parties expressly agree to waive their own codes of law and agree to submit any dispute to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
