Education
Paloma has a Law Degree from the Autonoma University of Madrid, is Master in Business Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa, has a Diploma in Community Law from the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica of the Complutense University of Madrid and is Master in Life Insurance and Pension Funds by INESE.

Professional Career
She started her professional career in 1979 in Oil Law, working for companies in the oil sector, both national (Repsol, Madrid ), and international (Standard Oil of California, San Francisco Ca. US).

In 1985, she started a new career path which lead to the Financial Sector, joining groups such as La Caixa and Deutsche Bank.

In 1997, she started to work in Executive Search, as International Partner in two of the largest multinational companies in the sector, Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry. In this last company she was also the Partner responsible for the Financial Institutions and Energy & Utilities Practices for Spain and Portugal.

She is member of the ITM Club (Spanish Club for Industry, Technology and Mining). She has been Vice President of OCOPEN (organization for Pension Consultants), speaker in different forums and is a frequent collaborator with the economic press.
