Education
Marisa has a degree in Psychology from the Autonoma University of Madrid, where she took part in a Program of Educational Cooperation and she specialized in Human Resources Management.

Professional Career
With an ample experience in the Human Resources sector, always in the Selection Area, she has developed the majority of her professional career in international firms of Executive Search Consultancy Services.

In her last stage, as Senior Consultant of the Banking division, she has focused her activity in the financial sector, being responsible for the business of Banking and Insurance.

Among other responsibilities at Roson de Beas, she is in charge of the Middle Management, M& Search Division
