In order to guarantee success we always structure our process in the following phases:
Although it seems obvious, the first step is essential. Our meeting with the Client helps us to get to know the Company better, its needs and above all, its culture and good practices.
During this meeting we refine and complete the definition of the position and the professional profile required, as well as the candidate’s training, experience and personality, bearing in mind all the criteria agreed on with the Client.

We analyse the sector in-depth and prepare a list of companies and ‘target positions’ and proceed to systematically identify the best qualified candidates.
After this careful selection, we get in touch with those professional profiles that initially meet the established criteria using a personalised approach, trying to obtain the maximum possible information regarding their training, experience, receptiveness to a change and current remuneration package.
We later hold a meeting with our client with the objective of analysing and presenting all the information gathered during the previous phases.
We mainly highlight all relevant data from the sector or similar sectors as well as data regarding contacted candidate profiles interviewed over the telephone, maintaining at all times the maximum guarantee of confidentiality regarding identities (Progress Report).
A short list of eight to twelve candidates is prepared during this meeting. These candidates will be interviewed personally.

Once the interviewing process has been completed, we will be in a position to present the three candidates we understand that best fit the profile we are looking for; who have the highest possibilities to integrate in the Project and adapt to our client’s culture.
We prepare a detailed report for each one of the final candidates and proceed to their presentation, managing and supervising the process at all times.

Once our client has decided on a final candidate we take formal references. This is one of the most important moments in the whole of the search process.
We participate in the recruitment negotiation, actin on behalf of and advising both parties.

We maintain our contact with the candidate once he / she has been recruited, in order to ensure he / she adapts to the position.


| Should the selected candidate leave the company during the first year of joining due to valid causes related to the lack of suitability of his / her professional profile for the position he / she has been recruited for, we will select an appropriate replacement, without charging any additional fees, only expenses that can arise from the process. |
